[alicebot-style] hi,new tags being developed?

hi all,
    as you can see in my last letter, there are many tags and usages like the usage of <learn> and the <eval> tag that we can not find in http://www.alicebot.org/documentation/aiml101.html which shows AIML 1.0.1 Tag Set 。I want to ask:are they the new functions
 that are being developed and will be published soon?
