[alicebot-style] hi,ask a question about the tag <learn>

hi,everyone:
    i want to ask a question about the tag <learn>

    can <learn> be used in this way?
     <learn>
     <category>
     <pattern>
     <eval><uppercase><get name="badanswer-input" /></uppercase></eval>
     </pattern>
     <template>
     <eval><get name="badanswer-newresp" /></eval>
     </template>
     </category>
     </learn>
    
    that is from Badanswer.aiml which can be found in aiml4.5's source code.I tested it,and got some errors.From alicebot.org,i can see that <learn>should be followed with a uri.My question is,can we write a aiml file in aiml? so that the new learn category from dialog can be saved,and can be loaded using <learn>.
