[alicebot-style] Should this be happening

One of our Alice bots appears to have decided it has a name rather than
Program E. We set it up vanilla with no changes whatsoever to Dr Rich's aiml
set or the startup.xml (Program E). Hence the bot should answer that it's
name is program e. Looking at the scripts for conversations over the last
two days, the bot has decided it's name is Heidi, the MySQL file "bot" still
has the name "Program E". 

Am now completely confused as to the branching it does in determining
responses. It would appear that somewhere in the code, the standard bot
responses are not at the top of the list. Is this due to the weight of
conversations using the name "Heidi", or am l not following the logical
sequences of how responses are determined.
