Hi Mehri,

THAT patterns and TOPIC patterns should be normalized the same way was
INPUT patterns.  They do not contain any punctuation.

Some AIML programs normalize the patterns at read-time.  You could
either throw an exception when the comma is read, or just normalize
the pattern silently.
