[alicebot-general] Release of RebeccaAIML 0.987 (Edmondson)

Well, Charles Chevallier of ReverseAIML and Charlix the desktop assistant (http://charlix.sourceforge.net/) has done it again!

He has tested RebeccaAIML .9861 and has found some minor but definite bugs.

RebeccaAIML 0.987 has now been released with the bug fixes to address these issues within 1 week of his reporting and his test cases are now in the regression test suite to ensure they do not occur ever again.
