I'm not really trying to create a super bot in a sense of an input field that can communicate with multiple bots but rather a set of well defined language interfaces that allow a programmer to write tools to the interface.  This will allow anyone who writes the adapter classes to adapt one interpreter to the set of interfaces to be able to use that interpter with the tools created.
