[alicebot-general] XAIML

As others have described, I hope to see a thriving ecosystem of
AIML-oriented innovation very shortly. Extended versions of the AIML
functional set can be made available rapidly as xAIML dialects.
Features that prove popular/useful might someday find their way into
another version of the AIML spec (should the committee process ever get
underway again). And any new version of AIML can automatically fit into
the xAIML system (there are some initial thoughts about this at
http://aitools.org/What_happens_if_there_is_a_new_version_of_AIML%3F).
So it's really a complete system that should help things move along more
productively.

You didn't show any interest in doing any further work on it since then, none of your commitees ever got around to producing a bug-free and unambigious version, and I don't expect this to change if nobody pushes you to move along some. So there.
