What standard? There exists a /working draft/ for an AIML standard [1], which Noel wrote up and published on Oct 25, 2001. You didn't show any interest in doing any further work on it since then, none of your commitees ever got around to producing a bug-free and unambigious version, and I don't expect this to change if nobody pushes you to move along some. So there.
