[alicebot-general] Database schema for AIML

Ah, that explains why it was so hard to find. I just saw the database
connectivity and just assumed it's primary purpose was to store the
knowledge data. We're looking into building a web-based interface for
contruction AIML and I was considering using database storage as an option.
Looks like I'll need to look into XML databases if I wan't database
functionality.
