[alicebot-general] Database schema for AIML

Program D does not use a database for storing "knowledge". Program D
can use a database to store chat logs, and to store and retrieve "user
predicates". Program E does use a database to store knowledge, I think,
although first it is read in from external files (I think).
What do you want to do?
