[alicebot-general] error in 4.6rc2

Due to an error on my part, one fix advertised as included in 4.6rc2 did 
not get included in the build posted to the site.  Specifically, this 
was the fix that would permit listener jars to be discovered correctly. 
  This issue only affected Windows users.

The fix will be included in the next release candidate, or you can 
correct the problem yourself by removing the following offending line 
(line 127) from bin\common-functions.bat:

set LISTENER_LIBS=%LIBS%\icq-aim-listener.jar

Just delete that line and the problem will disappear like magic.

Sorry for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused.  The 
staff of my large QA lab are down in the courtyard flogging themselves 
in penitent sorrow.
