[alicebot-general] Updating the AIML spec?

Hopefully a lot!  Anyone with an internet connection
can contribute just like wikipedia.

I was rather hoping on setting up a wiki book here:
http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Main_Page

exculsively for the AIML specification with
annotations and samples for each AIML 1.0.1
specification.  There would even be room for generic
algorithms of some of the tags to help interpreter
writers.

Also with it being a wiki it's open and free for
anyone to work on and look at.  To top that it can be
printed off as a book. 

So, 

Is the copyright of the spec such that a copy of it
can be made and placed on a wiki space?

Also, is the spec covered under the GNU Free
Documentation Licence?
