[alicebot-general] Updating the AIML spec?

I see the samples and examples and AAA as the same.  IMHO the AAA is
already full of good xamples, just not organized and annotated.

Time sure has passed quickly.  The spec is 5.  My son will be 7 this year.
 I'm using a Win 2000 machine the same age.  ALICE will be 11...

You are welcome to edit the spec on your own and send me a revision (just
don't change the language :-)
