[alicebot-general] ALICE Launching Programs

It's not the AIML that finds the executable but windows (If you are on 
windows, I don't know about Linux or other OS). Of course you can insert 
the path if there are problems.
I hope you don't plan to let a chatbot do any security related tasks?
I wouldn't want to be there when ALICE is stuck in a loop while you need 
  her to open that emergency door or something. :/
