[alicebot-developer] AIML wiki for collecting IP ideas on AIML

How about a wiki set up for the new candidate ideas on
the exact AIML syntax? Say, once the ideas have been
hashed out in these email forums, then an "approved"
idea gets transferred at a detailed level to a wiki.
This would help to collect and distribute the
intellectual property in the detailed concepts stage.
