[alicebot-developer] Conversational X other interfaces

Hello,

Do you know of any academic papers that study the
comparative efficiency of a conversational interface
versus visual and command-line options? I don't doubt
that virtual assistants can do better than
point-and-click interfaces; it's just that I am going
to write a paper on the subject of chatterbots myself,
and I want to find some references that justify my
work.
