Well, there is a tag for this.
If your input is "foo bar", then
<formal>foo bar</formal> will output "Foo Bar".
<sentence>foo bar</sentence> will output "Foo bar".
One of these two should be able to help you with your case problem.

Hi,
I need to convert the case of the text in mixed case.
E.g: "deepti" is to be converted to "Deepti".
According to my knowledge there is no tag which converts the case of a
word to mixed. There are tags which convert to lower or upper.
Can you help?
It would b e great if this kind of a tag be included in AIML
