J-Alice supports it (old version: stack-order; new
version: lexical order), ProgramD/Charliebot supports
it too I think (stack-order).

I suppose the stack ordering was used, so that <that
index='1,1'/> would be the same as the sentence of the
bot output used in the matching process.
