The Annotated ALICE AIML Set

I am only letting a few people know about this for now, but I am working
on a new release of the free ALICE AIML brain set.  It is reorganized into
files based on semantic classes rather than alphabetically by pattern. 
The idea is to make it easier for botmasters to customize their own bots
for commercial and entertainment applications.

I hope to be making a formal announcemnt to the whole community in a few
weeks.  If you have any feedback or suggestions I will happily acknowledge
your contribution as an alpha or beta tester.
