[alicebot-archcomm] Additional text for the standards concerning patterns

Riight. Words (of English) consist of letters A-Z and numbers 0-9.
Wildcards consist of the single characters * and _. Besides the space
character, no other characters are permitted in the (English) pattern
matching language.
