[alicebot-archcomm] Another missing part of the A.L.I.C.E. architecture document

The 1.01 working draft states:
"If the root Nodemapper contains a key "*" and it points to a leaf node,
then the algorithm is guaranteed to find a match."
But it does not include any statement about what will happen if no "*" key
is in the AIML set and a match is not found.
Program N just outputs an empty line. I think so does Program D, but it
also logs an error. How do the other versions handle this?
Is there some standard way such an event should be interpreted? Should this
behavior be part of the AIML standard?
Still cleaning up,
