In accordance with its non profit status and in the interests of full
transparency, the ALICE A.I. Foundation believes in full disclosure of all
its income and expenses. Beginning in 2003, these budget reports are
updated quarterly and reported on our web site at
http://alicebot.org/budget.html

I hope our disclosure will put to rest all the concerns about "how is the
money being spent."  The amounts are small.  Personally I am proud of the
fact that we can run an international non-profit free software and
standards organization, on such a small budget.
