I am writing to solicit early feedback from the Architecture committee on
your plans for 2003-2004.

The A. I. Foundation is going to ask members of the Architecture committee
who have not already done so to formally join the Foundation as members. 
Those archcomm members who represent large corporations or institutions
should try to encourage their companies to become Gold sponsors of the AIF
like Franz, Pandorabots, and Oddcast have, and give $1000 per year.  
Individual professional consultants should join at the Silver membership
level of $100 per year.  Students, retired, youth and disabled members may
join for $25 per year.

Any architecture committee member who has made a significant contribution
and who faces an overwhelming financial hardship, and who wishes to
continue to participate in the A. I. Foundation Architecture Committee
activities after his term expires in June, 2003, may write me a letter
explaining his or her circumstances and I will certainly take them into
account when reappointing the committee.

The Board and I thank those members of the Architecture committee who have
already joined the A.I. Foundation as corporate Gold members, Individual
Silver members, student Bronze members, and anonymously.
