[alicebot-archcomm] Correct Form vs. Usability AND I second the motion to move the fetch discussion

It seems to me that history leans on the side of the ugly, but workable.

HTML opened up a whole new world, but it was not enough.  Javascript came 
to the rescue, but it was not enough.  Next came Java onto the scene, and 
it was not enough.  XML, XTML, and others are on the scene, but they too 
will be extended.  It is like the world of languages.  People keep what 
they like, toss out what they don't, and extend with what they need.

 From what I have heard, Esperanto is an extremely well-designed language, 
loved dearly by both of the people who speak it.
