Hi Gary,

One more thing I forgot to mention, is the use of double quotes around
values. I don't see why this is necessary, and it will probably be more of a
burden than anything, as the query part of a URL is usually url-encoded
anyways. Single/double quotes are usually not used in practice anyways.

As an example, Outlook Express doesn't count the trailing double quotation
mark as part of the URL.
