Rich,

The project you illustrated below is exciting,  however, I find the idea of 
relegating ALICE and AIML to the lowly task of handling rejects with 
smart-alec answers a disappointingly limited scope of their potential.

I don't mind going through a thorough thrashing of the issues, and I really 
do like the minimalist approach, in general.  I also expect to have to 
reframe my thinking a number of times as I learn and grow.  However, in the 
end, I look to find a solution to my goal.

We have so far heard from only 4 members, including myself, weigh in on the 
ideas that have been presented.  What is the 'official'  procedure for 
getting changes to AIML approved?
