[alicebot-archcomm] AIML 2.0 and POSIX?

I think it could not be a problem to resolve POSIX issue
and put it as AIML 1.02 (for example).

But Keith re-raised a very good question regarding vision for AIML future.
I think it's important to form clear vision regarding next major version of
AIML. I was trying to put together actors and their goals. I will be happy
to continue this activity if I have a support from ArchComm members.

May be we have to formulate a motion "Vision for AIML future"
