[alicebot-archcomm] AIML 2.0 and POSIX?

No vision.

AIML 2.0, whatever that means, is probably a long way off.  We have adopted
incremental version number of 0.01 for the standard and so far we have
reached 1.01.   If we manage to make 99 more incremental changes, we would
reach 2.0.

The only other conceivable reason to jump to the next integer would be a
major change in the language, and I don't even want to speculate what that
might be.  The question of adopting the Posix standard is certainly not such
a "major" change.
