[alicebot-archcomm] <set> tag, and clearing predicates

Sounds like a good idea.

Make a formal proposal with the tag/attributes and lets see if we can 
actually get it added to the spec.

This is debatable as numerous times it has been said that we are only Arch 
Comm members for one year before renewal.
So if that is correct, we shouldn't be.

But anyhow, forget that. It sounds like a good idea.
