In any professional organization, a job like "webmaster" is characterized by
a job description outlining that person's tasks and responsibilities.   The
reasoning is that you don't want to rely on one individual to hold up the
entire ship for the whole company.  If that person is sick, or unavailable
for any reason, you need backups and replacement personnel.   In the worst
case scenario, you need to be able to fire them and replace them.   This is
business.  The next person who comes along needs to be able to read the same
job description and fill the same role as seamlessly as possible.  The A.I.
Foundation website differs from your creative work on your software because
it is a public community resource of the Foundation, not someone's
engineering or software project.
