I'm totally afraid of lawsuits. I don't think that the legal system is
something to play around with. I'll admit that I've been pretty
freaked out by the wacky pseudo-legal threats that Rich has made to me.

I have absolutely no intention of filing a lawsuit. I cannot imagine
what could be gained. This Foundation as an organization has been bled
dry. I am actually very happy that Rich is receiving new opportunities
for project involvement and employment, but I wish he'd give it a rest
with this fake organization. The meaning of this project is in all of
the work that people are sharing with each other, not in the monument
that Rich would like to build to himself.
