Noel Bush has a perfectly legal option to pursue if he does not like the
outcome of tomorrow's Board meeting.  He can hire an attorney and become the
plaintiff in a lawsuit against the Foundation in civil court in the State of
California.  A judge and jury will then decide whether I have violated the
law governing nonprofit corporations in this state, or whether he has been
grossly negligent by not participating in meetings and not communicating.  I
have been to court and I am not afraid of lawsuits.
