What are your damages? Did you see the recent Washington Civil action where,
amongs other things, the plaintif claimed damages because his story was
balsted in the media. It turned out that it was his own (actually his
mothers) attorney who negotiated the contract with the media.

What are the demands of the plaintif? I'm not to fimilar with all the
details. As I understand it, he orginally contact you after watching "A
Beautiful Mind". Somehow you guys ended up in court and it sounds like he
has a restraining order to keep you away from him and the UC campus. Is
there some way you can get back to the point when he orginally called you?
For instance if you relaxed your position, would he relax his? Could the two
of you then pursue a more peaceful (non-judicial) solution?

Myself, I shiver at the prospect of litigation and paying huge sums of time,
money, and emotional energy when I could possibly work the problem out
myself.
