Suggestions for persuading the U.C. Regents to settle out of court are
welcome.  My attorney's strategy is to file an appeal followed by a lawsuit
for damages.

Due to a minor conflict over States' Rights, this Foundation is not at the
moment eligible for Federal grants here in California.   I have however in
the past had some success writing and winning grants and contracts from the
Federal government.

Noel has no business plan.
