I have here a file full of receipts and bank records documenting all of the
$8000 or so that went through the A.I. Foundation bank account since I
opened it.   [Think about this: we ran a global nonprofit corporation for a
year on ONLY $8000!].

Earlier this year I attempted to put together a rough draft budget to
satisfy my Board's demands.  I asked for their help clearing up some
uncertain points.   But I was met only with accusations of embezzlement and
fraud.

All of the material I have should be properly turned over to a professional
C.P.A. as soon as we have one.  The role of a Board of Trustees is to raise
the funds necessary to pay for professional services such as Accounting.
Without professional accountants, we don't get professional accounting.  We
only try our best.
