[alicebot-archcomm] Ad Hoc ArchComm committee

[K2P]

I am interested and willing to volunteer some of my time for any house
keeping stuff such as list management or others.  I have been extremely busy
over the past three months on paid work, but now I can see the light at the
end of the tunnel and will restart working on the things I promised earlier
(i.e., Japanese AIML).
