The A.I. Foundation has an organizational chart. The Webmaster reports to
the V.P. of marketing. The V.P. reports to the CEO. The CEO is hired and
fired by the Board of Directors.
The concept of a totally independent Webmaster reporting to no one flies in
the face of all corporate governance. The Webmaster is a job description,
not a person.
