Not that this really has much to do with this specific topic but what would be
very *excellent* on your part because it seems like you have very good skills is
a certified white paper on A.L.I.C.E. and AIML in general
(http://www.itpapers.com/cgi/SubcatIT.pl?scid=26)

Something that goes good hand in hand with the specs Noel does and something
that would make sense to both IT managers and normal users/botmasters.  I tried
but it always ends up of course and into another "Introduction to ALICE and
AIML" type of thing.
