Good point, I was trying to stay within the already existing confines.
Would proposing a <select> element be bad here?  I think your "repeat"
attribute would be for both cases.

Id like this because combining something like <random> or <select> with the
list management stuff (<set>, <add>, <remove>) could be pretty productive in
cases where you are looking at more dynamic random items.
