[alicebot-archcomm] AIML architecture vs. application architecture

I see your point. I'm not sure that my brief answer below will be clear
enough.
I'm sure that everybody know, but just in case: Use Cases is not about
implementation and dosn't provide any description or technical details. Use
Cases
descride the system with business point of view (at lease high-level use
cases).
It's important to remember that Actors are not necessarily different people.
That is, Bot Administrator and Knowledge Base Content Manager could
be easily the same person in case of personal version of Alice.
"Enterprise User Looking To Connect ALICE with a database for my employees".
I would not consider it as high level use case. I think it's not really Use
Case,
but mixture of technical requirements. It should probably be the next step
after Use Cases
will be prepared (but not necessarily after). But sentences like this (I
mean Jon's sentences)
could be really great start for the discussion!
Everybody: How do you think ALICE can/should/is used?
Do you see any contratictions or missed issues in
actors-goals table?
Do you like this format?
Eugene
P.S. Not for this thread, but if we have clear and formalized vision
what should be done and what for, then it will be much more easy to attract
new active members to the foundation.
