I agree.  People are like in the middle of coping with the current software
not realizing that even their 1 day with a chatbot and feedback can offer
alot of clues as to where both writers and developers should go.
Modularizing the whole project is what usually takes the longest it seems
and you don't really want to leave anyone out.
