It looks like to me that you are trying to maybe use AIML as a database
itself but Im highly against using anything pertaining to <get> or <set> for
any pattern effects, they are strictly (or should be) set aside for the user
only.  Im assuming the above is an alternative form of <get name="likes"/>
or something to that degree.

If this is a proposal -1 vote, I really hope you meant [discuss] vs.
[proposal].
