[alicebot-aiethics] Problem

Hello there
I have a litle problem , with Program D  , i load the standard aiml set 
, but the robot , doesn't speak in public (main) in a channel (at IRC)
how i can solve it?
In addition , do you know if there is any tool , or configure to make my 
bot compose stats about channel and then publice them in a html page?
Furthermore , there is any free host to upload my alice bot ? if there 
is , were i can find it?
