[alicebot-aiethics] mailing list errors

Some mysterious errors with our mailing list server have been causing
people who are subscribed to various alicebot mailing lists to receive
notices that their messages are being held for moderator approval.  Even
I, an administrator for most of the lists, have received these messages
inexplicably.  I'm trying to figure out what the problem is; in the
meantime, if you are properly subscribed and receive one of these
messages after trying to post, just have a little patience and I'll get
it through as soon as possible.
