Hey, forget about your professor.  The A.L.I.C.E. AI Foundation has much
more interesting standards than any old professor.  ;-)  Sure, it would
be great to have more papers published on alicebot.org.  Presumably
everyone has memorized Rich's texts by heart, and my wise-ass essays
don't really do it for most people, so we need some more substance, man!
:-)  Lots of good stuff going on on this list, so anybody else who wants
to whip it into an essay please feel more than free to do so!

(What is "more than free"?)
