I also didn't understand that post. The suggestion seemed to be that without
an instruction manual Alice will be taken away. Like Robby said, there are
instructions (although these days "Don't Read Me" is way out of date,
unfortunately). I suppose the person posting this message was trying to say
that without clear understanding of how bot technology works, it may be
attacked & limited. The only thing I can say about that is that it might
provide some really nice challenges to bot developers. Let's say that by
some wacky turn of events the US Congress adopts Asimov's laws into the US
Code. Great! Then we have some fun.
