Weirdly enough this article doesn't mention the Hague Treaty, which (at
least according to Richard Stallman) introduces all kinds of bizarre
possibilities along these lines:

Here is an article I found about landmark cases in international
jurisdiction for the Internet. It's worth a good read.

According to the article it seems that the country of offense has the
right to seek legal action across borders, but can't nessesarily enforce the
court ruling.
If anyone finds any other links to similar articles I'd love to read them,
so please post them.
