Here is an article I found about landmark cases in international =
jurisdiction for the Internet. It's worth a good read.

According to the article it seems that the country of offense has the =
right to seek legal action across borders, but can't nessesarily enforce =
the court ruling.
If anyone finds any other links to similar articles I'd love to read =
