If "us" mean people outside US I'm not sure to which extend US law
is valid on civildom law (assuming a lawsuit is practical which probably
isn't either).

  I'm not 100% sure about this, but I think that as the server alice is
  running on resides in the US, United States laws apply and hence the
  disclaimer should be tailored to protect us against US law...
