Your metaphor isn't sound. First of all, there is no Alice lawsuit, and =
even
if there were it would liiely be against a PERSON for using Alice, not
against Alice the program or we the people who are developing Alice.
Nobody's trying to take our right to use Alice away from us, and I quite
seriously doubt anyone ever will. Nobody's trying to take away anyone's
computers, and there's really not much of a movement to take away our =
cars
either.

Clearly guns are not even close to being analogous to cars, computers, =
or
Alice: a weapon is NOT "just another kind of tool" like a hammer or a
camera, otherwise why would the USA founding fathers have even bothered =
to
write a Second Amendment? Let's not go down the road towards using the
Second Amendment to defend Alice when there's a perfectly good (and much
more widely accepted) First Amendment that already does protect our =
right to
use Alice pretty much as we please.

PS: Why is it that we hear "guns don't kill people... PEOPLE KILL =
PEOPLE" a
thousand times for every one time we hear
"books/movies/tv/comics/videogames/chatbots don't kill people... PEOPLE =
KILL
PEOPLE"?
